Customizing With Zone Caps™

Customizing is an easy three - step process, summarized by the following equation:

Temperature + Sweat Profile = Customized Formula
(Step 1)   (Step 2)   (Step 3)

Step 1: Temperature

What is the temperature range in which you be be training / competing?

Training Conditions
Temperature Range Zone
< 60° F/16° C Low
60°-75° F/16°-23° C Medium
> 75° F/23° C High

Fahrenheit = F
Celsius = C

Step 2: Sweat Profile

Using the chart below, determine which Sweat Profile, Light, Medium or Heavy, is the best reflection of you:

Sweat Profile
Sweat Profile Characteristics
Light
  • You are comfortable both at rest and while exerting in the heat
  • Hot weather rarely bothers you-in fact, you prefer it
  • You barely break a sweat with exertion in the heat
Medium
  • You tolerate heat relatively well at rest, but exertion in the heat may be challenging
  • You dampen your clothing with exertion in the heat
  • You rarely salt stain your clothing
Heavy
  • In the heat, you may feel uncomfortable at rest, and exerting yourself is very challenging
  • You prefer more moderate temperatures
  • You soak your clothing with exertion in the heat
  • You frequently have salt stains on your workout gear

Step 3: Customized Formula

Once you have figured out the temperature and your sweat profile, you can mix your e load™ and customize your drink to match. It's that easy!

The following table summarizes this step:

Per 16.8 fl oz/500 ml
of e load™ formula
Low Temperature
[<60° F / 16° C]
Medium Temperature
[60 - 75° F / 16 - 23° C]
High Temperature
[>75° F / 23° C]
