Using eDISCS™

eDISCS™ are a portable, easy to use version of e load™ sports drink powder. They are delivered in a compact disc format. eDISCS™ are chewable and dissolvable by mouth, all without the use of irritants, such as sodium bicarbonate, commonly found in other dissolving tablets. Each eDISC™ provides almost 3 grams of quickly absorbed carbohydrate, providing an immediate source of energy on the go, along with the same types and ratios of electrolytes found in e load sports drink powder.

Chew Your Sports Drink!

eDISCS™ provide a virtually weightless, compact version of e load™ sports drink, while eliminating the problem of dealing with powders on the go…just add water! They can be CHEWED and swallowed, or, they can also be savored, in your mouth, where they will dissolve within seconds. Then, simply follow each eDISC™ with 1.5 oz/50 ml (one large squirt/sip or 2 small squirts/sips) of water. The eDISC™ and water will then mix in your stomach, producing the same concentration as regular e load™.

CHEW or DISSOLVE…however you choose to use your eDISCS™, they are a very convenient and portable way to ‘mix’ e load™ sports drink.

How many eDISCS™ do I need?

One eDISC™ makes about 1.5 oz/50 ml of normal strength e load™. The only change to your normal routine is that everytime you reach for a sip from your bottle, first place an eDISC™ in your mouth, chew or dissolve, and then chase it with 1.5 oz/50 ml of some water.
